Estival

Presentation of the Estival

The 5th edition of l'Estival took place from Wednesday August 27 to Saturday August 30, 2025.

An end-of-summer cinematic rendezvous, l'Estival offered over 4 days :

  • 5 previews, including 1 for young audiences: a selection of films before their theatrical release, in the presence of the filmmakers.

  • Cinema in Pays de la Loire: screenings to discover what's going on in regional cinema, with invited guests.

  • Professionnal meetings: privileged opportunities to meet and get to know the region's professionals

  • Ciné-conférence: the Festival's 2026 theme presented by Louis Mathieu, President of the Premiers Plans Association.

Prior to the Estival, an open-air screening took place at the Château du Plessis-Macé, organized by Anjou Théâtre.
