At a sports boarding school, Camille, a talented young boxer, is saved from a fatal accident at the last minute by his best friend Matteo. Although doctors believe him to be cured, an unexplained pain gradually takes hold of him, causing him to question his dreams of greatness.

Valéry Carnoy is a young Belgian director who trained at INSAS. His graduation film Ma planète (2018) won Best Film at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. In 2021, he shot his second short film, Titan (2021), which was selected for a hundred or so international festivals winning around thirty awards. His first feature film, La Danse des renards, was selected for the 2025 Cannes Directors’ Fortnight, received the SACD Authors’ Favourite Award and the Europa Cinemas Label.
