At the age of 12, Olivia’s daily life is turned upside down overnight. She has to get used to a new, less lavish lifestyle and look after her little brother Tim on her own. But luckily, encounters with warm and colourful neighbours transforms their world into a real adventure film! Together, they turn every challenge into a game and every day into an unforgettable moment.

Irene Iborra Rizo was born in Alicante in 1976. She is a screenwriter, director and animator specialising in stop motion. She also jointly runs the Barcelona-based studio Citoplasmas Stop Motion, which produces short films, series, commercials and music videos. She has co-directed several short films, including What's up with the Sky? (released in France as part of the Grandir c'est chouette programme). The films she creates or participates in raise issues such as education, food sovereignty and the environment. She also teaches writing as part of a master’s degree in animation at the Barcelona School of Art and Design (BAU). She is also co-author, with Maite Carranza, of Los 7 cavernícolas, a series of children’s books whose main characters are children living in the prehistoric era.
