Gabriel Azorin is the director of the short films Los galgos (2012), Mañana vendrá la bala (selected for Entrevues in 2016) and El ruido del universo (2024). A member of the artistic collective lacasinegra, he is also an artistic advisor and producer on other films. His first feature film, Anoche conquisté Tebas (2025), premiered in Venice at the Giornate degli Autori and won the Jeanine Bazin Grand Prize at the Entrevues Festival in Belfort.
