Fabrizio, an unemployed filmmaker, is assailed by setbacks: threatened with having his unemployment benefit stopped, going nowhere with his girlfriend, faced with the commercial failure of his first film... With the energy that comes from despair, he decides to make a new "wild" film, inspired by his day to day life and the experience those around him. A creative solidarity forms around Fabrizio's enthusiasm. However, his desire to mix reality and fiction, and the pleasure he has in confusing both, will not leave his partners unaffected...

Joachim Lafosse was born in Brussels in 1975. A graduate of the IAD, his graduation film Tribu was selected for Premiers Plans in 2001 and many other festivals. Scriptwriter, director, author and theatre director, he has worked on many projects and in 2003 made his first feature, filmed in video, Folie Privée, presented in Angers in the Figures Libres section. Since then he has developed several projects simultaneously: Ca rend heureux, filmed under "wild" conditions, in video, and "without" money, with the participation and complicity of Fabrizio Rongione followed by Nue propriété, made in the spring of 2006 with Isabelle Huppert, Jérémie and Yannick Rénier, presented in competition in Venice and as a preview at Premiers Plans this year.
