"Tykho Moon is a fable, because sticking to reality seems insufficient to me. In it, I try to address reality by using imagination and humour. At the same time, I want the fable to be an exact reflection of mankind. One has to be conscious of the world in which one has lived, and the world in which one might live. My characters are the embodiment of a possible history. They're figures taken from a totalitarian past we haven't yet left behind." (E. Bilal)
