Milo, a drug dealer of Serbian origin operating in Copenhagen, is trying to kick his habit. He has signed up for group psychotherapy. It’s nothing professional, though. "Frank (Kim Bodnia) and Tonny (Mads Mikkelsen) do not appear in the third instalment, despite the latter featuring on the poster. It is the gangster Milo (Serbian actor Zlatko Burić) who is at the heart of the narrative. The director explained in the press kit: ‘With Pusher III, things were a bit calmer. The funding was sorted and I just had to focus on the film. I regained my confidence with the character of Milo, played by (…) this brilliant actor the role was tailor-made for. So, even before I started, I was sure of what I was doing. And I still think it’s the best of the three. Even though it didn’t do well at all." (Gérard Crespo; avoir-alire.com)
