Christian Meyer was born in 1962 in Bremen, Germany. He worked as an associate of the "Schlachthof Arts Center" in Bremen from 1992 to 1994, before studying at the Bremen School of Fine Arts from 1995 to 1999. As if, his first short film, was filmed on video and transferred to 35mm.
