The Festival at the Centre de Congrès

Volunteer team

Most of the people who welcome you are volunteers and generously give their time so that everyone can enjoy the Festival in the best possible conditions. We count on your kindness towards them.

Opening hours 

During the Festival, the Convention Centre is open from 9am to midnight, except on Saturday 17 January (ticket office opens at 10am and centre opens at 5pm) and Sunday 25 January (closes at 8pm).

Lost property

Any objects found in the halls should be reported each evening to the Festival Info Point, in the entrance hall of the Convention Centre, then, from 27 January, to the Convention Centre reception desk on +33 2 41 96 32 32.
