Short films for kids - Award-winning films

As part of the Festival, kindergarten and elementary school students in the department watched the European animated short films in the official Chenaplans competition and voted for the Children's Award.

The two winners will receive a prize of €500 donated by Benshi.

• 162 kindergarten and elementary school classes

• 2 short film programs: Chenaplans 3+ (ages 3-6) and Chenaplans 6+ (ages 6-9)

36 screenings in 9 municipalities in the department:

• 8 during the Festival for preschools, families, and daycare centers

• 28 screenings in February in Angers (Les 400 Coups Cinemas), Avrillé (Centre Georges Brassens), Beaucouzé (Salle Jean-Claude Brialy), Beaupréau (Jeanne d'Arc), Saint-Georges-sur-Loire (Le Saint-Louis), Segré (Le Maingué), Tiercé (Le Pax), Trélazé (L’Avant-Scène), Vihiers (Le Cinéfil) as well as in 2 hospital departments in Angers (CHU-pediatrics and Capucins)
