After a dazzling debut in film, winning an acting award at Cannes and the César Award for Most Promising Actress for Éric Zonca’s La Vie rêvée des anges (1998), Natacha Régnier went on to star in a series of arthouse films, working notably with François Ozon, Costa Gavras, Chantal Akerman, Eugène Green, Anne Fontaine, Lucas Belvaux, Emmanuel Bourdieu, Claude Mourieras, and Isabelle Czajka… For two years, she toured alongside composer and musician Yann Tiersen, performing three duets. In 2011, she ventured into theater with André Engel, Bérangère Janelle, and Michel Fagadau, then into readings and TV movies with Benoît Jacquot, Leslie Gwinner, and Fred Garson. Since 2018, she has also appeared in series such as Marseille, La Promesse, and Les Bracelets Rouges. More recently, she exhibited a photo series titled Fenêtres in Brussels and, with great enthusiasm, stepped behind the camera for her first short film, Jean qui sème.
