On the road near the village, she came upon a crouching camel who was sleepwalking; it appeared this camel was waiting for her. Through her sister La Mei explanation, Ga Gui later realized that the reason that the camel suffered from sleepwalking was because the whole village always filled with the smelly dead. Ga Gui had the feeling that her father was going to die. Her father had hidden and lived inside a coffin for seven years in order to avoid seeing the villagers fall into degeneration. Then follows a succession of events leading Ga Gui and her sister La Mei to look for answers to their questions. Everything in her hometown was disappearing, so the distraught Ga Gui took to the road once again. Walking on and on, amid desperation, she heard the sound of waves repeatedly beating the lakes shore. Looking up, she saw the blue lake. She started to walk towards the blue lake...
