Flush
Grégory Morin

When you try to get your head above water, there’s always someone out there to push it back under. Take Luc, an aimless junkie. His wife has left him. His daughter has been taken into care. As he tries to win back his ex, now a barmaid, he finds himself mixed up in drug trafficking. A fight breaks out. Left for dead, his skull stuck in the hole of a toilet, he has one night to get himself together and rebuild his lost family.

A film enthusiast since his childhood, Grégory Morin left his native Berry region to study film in Paris at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français (CLCF). He then directed five offbeat, humorous, genre short films, including Paris by Night of the Living Dead (2009). He also directed music videos for Versatile Records and BR Films, as well as commercials for brands such as Ubisoft and Dark Dog. He has worked with screenwriter David Neiss on several feature film projects (Gaga, Le Prédicateur), but it was ultimately Flush that attracted the most interest from producers, particularly due to its original concept.
