Louise Coldefy is a French actress. Drawn to the acting profession, she trained at the Classe Libre of the Cours Florent and then at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique. She began her career in 2012 on stage, before moving to film with a small role in Superstar, directed by Xavier Giannoli. She landed her first major role in 2015, playing Gabrielle in Arnaud fait son deuxième film, a feature directed by Arnaud Viard. She went on to play Émilie in Igor Gotesman's comedy Five, and continued to take on a string of roles with, among others, Marc Fitoussi, Olivier Baroux, Maxime Govare and Romain Choay. She also continued to perform on stage, notably at the Cartoucherie de Vincennes, in productions of Shakespeare, Chekhov and Emmanuelle Bayamack-Tam. Louise Coldefy rose to prominence with the cult role of Clémentine in Igor Gotesman's series Family Business. She then reunited with Gotesman on the series Fiasco, which brought her to wider public attention and established her as a leading figure in the comic revival of French cinema. In recent years, she has branched out into new territory, collaborating with Mehdi Fikri, Marie Jardillier, Édouard Salier and Luc Picard. In 2026, she takes on the lead role in Albert Dupontel's upcoming film Il faut brûler maman.
