Fred is a projectionist, like his father. When he has to project a film on film, he convinces his father to hit the road with him. They go on a journey, where different generations, drag-queens and family affairs mingle.
Florent Gouëlou
After graduating from theatre school, Florent Gouëlou worked as an actor and as a production assistant. In 2013 he was admitted to La Fémis. Un homme, mon fils (A Man My Son) is his graduation film.

Created in 1986, and under the directorship of filmmaker Raoul Peck in 2010, La Fémis trains around 50 students a year in 11 areas of cinema: scriptwriting, production, directing, image, sound, editing, continuity, set design, exhibition, distribution and TV series creation. La Fémis produces around 60 shorts a year, selected by more than 100 national and international festivals. The courses are taught by working professionals.
